Workwell Technologies Acquires UK-based Chronologic Ltd

Workwell Technologies, a leader in time and attendance solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, has announced it acquired Chronologic Ltd, a UK-based employee management solutions firm. This move marks a significant expansion of Workwell's international operations. Chronologic has been an exclusive distributor of uAttend products in the UK, enhancing Workwell's distribution network in Europe.

Chad Buckmaster, co-CEO of Workwell, highlighted that the acquisition is part of their strategy to broaden their product portfolio internationally. Peter Sutton, Managing Director at Chronologic, expressed enthusiasm about joining Workwell, aiming to leverage the larger organization's resources to foster growth and maintain high service standards. The day-to-day operations at Chronologic will continue under the existing UK-based management team.
