Worksport Pursues Certification and Commercialization of Aetherlux Heat Pump

Worksport Ltd. announced significant progress in the development and potential commercialization of its Aetherlux™ Pro heat pump. A government entity is currently evaluating the product, with future large-scale supply opportunities under consideration. The company aims for certification by 2026, including AHRI and ENERGY STAR® standards, marking a key milestone toward commercialization.

CEO Steven Rossi stated that manufacturing prototypes are set for testing in 2026. This phase involves evaluation at government-affiliated laboratories, critical for certification and market entry. Worksport's subsidiary, Terravis Energy, is also focusing on expanding its commercial organization.

Management views the Aetherlux heat pump as a valuable asset for Worksport, with expectations of generating revenue in the latter half of 2026. The global heat-pump market, potentially exceeding $150 billion by 2030, provides a lucrative landscape for development.
