50 Inspiring Brick Buildings Unveiled in BRICK AWARD 26 Shortlist

The BRICK AWARD 26 shortlist features 50 inspiring brick buildings from 21 countries, presented on 1st October 2025. This prestigious award, hosted by Wienerberger, highlights innovative architecture using brick and ceramic materials. Though managed independently, participation doesn't require Wienerberger products.

The award honours architects in five categories: Feeling at Home, Living Together, Working Together, Sharing Public Spaces, and Building Outside the Box. Projects span five continents, selected from 849 submissions by a panel of experts. The international jury includes renowned architects like Gabriela Carrillo and Christine Conix.

Notable projects include the Shafagh Tomb in Iran, Aga Khan Academy in Bangladesh, and Ceramic House in the Netherlands. Winners will be announced in Vienna on 11th June 2026, celebrated in the BRICK 26 Book.
