Wendel Investissement has announced the number of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025. The company has a total of 44,512,038 shares outstanding. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 67,802,617, while the number of exercisable voting rights, after deduction of shares stripped of voting rights, is 65,704,164.
This information is a legal obligation provided for by Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
