WeACCESS GROUP announces a capital increase with maintenance of preferential subscription rights
The Board of Directors of WEACCESS GROUP decided, during its meeting of May 31, 2024, a capital increase of a maximum amount of €796,224 with maintenance of preferential subscription rights (DPS). This operation will result in the issue of 796,224 new shares at a unit price of €1.
The current share capital of WEACCESS amounts to €89,576, divided into 895,753 shares of the same par value. The capital increase is intended to support the development of the company by strengthening its equity. The PSRs will be tradable from June 7, 2024 to June 20, 2024, and the subscription period will extend from June 11 to June 24, 2024.
The new shares issued will be assimilated to existing shares and their settlement and delivery is scheduled for July 1, 2024. The main shareholders of WEACCESS have undertaken to guarantee this increase up to 75% of the total amount.
