WashTec AG: New Supervisory Board Members and Dividend Approval
WashTec AG conducted its Annual General Meeting in Augsburg on May 13, 2025. Key resolutions included the election of new Supervisory Board members and the approval of a €2.40 per share dividend. Notably, Susanne Heckelsberger and Sabine Simeon Aissaoui joined the Supervisory Board, enhancing its expertise.
CEO Michael Drolshagen reported on 2024's challenges and strategic decisions, highlighting an increase in operating profit (EBIT) despite a slight sales decline. A new organizational structure and cost-reduction programs were introduced, aimed at future profitability improvements.
About 100 shareholders participated, representing 77% of the issued shares. All agenda items received majority approval, demonstrating strong shareholder support.
