Resolutions 1, 2, and 3, aimed at changing the board of directors, were not approved. However, Resolution 4, which was passed, includes the crucial decision to withdraw the company's ordinary shares from the AQSE Growth Market. This resolution further allows the company to re-register as a private limited entity and adopt new articles of association. This withdrawal will take effect on 26 June 2025 at 8:00 am.
