Walls & Futures REIT PLC Corrects AGM Voting Figures

Walls & Futures REIT PLC (WAFR), known for its ethical housing investments and developments, clarified the voting results from its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. Initially, the total votes did not account for 110,000 in-person votes cast at the meeting on October 3, 2024.

After corrections, it was confirmed that all resolutions proposed during the AGM were successfully passed. Detailed results show consistent support, with 78.01% of votes favoring resolutions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Resolution 2 was unanimously approved. Resolutions 8 and 9 had favorability percentages of 77.83% and 77.21% respectively.
