VVV Resources Limited Appoints New Executive Chairman

VVV Resources Limited has announced the appointment of David Garabet Ajemian as its new Executive Chairman. Effective immediately, Ajemian brings a wealth of experience, particularly in value delivery for his investment network.

At 46, David Ajemian is recognized for his corporate and operational expertise, including 12 years in the Middle East focusing on early-stage and growth projects. He recently served on the board of Empire Metals Ltd and held advisory roles across the UK, Europe, and North America in natural resources, notably in oil and gas.

Mahesh Pulandaran, a Director at VVV, commented on the move, indicating it is pivotal for the company’s investment strategy. Ajemian currently holds no shares or options in VVV Resources Limited.
