Vox Royalty Expands Credit Facility to $150 Million and Bolsters Leadership
Vox Royalty Corp. has announced an enhancement to its Revolving Credit Facility, increasing it to $150 million, including a $50 million accordion feature. This expansion aims to bolster Vox's ability to pursue larger royalty and streaming opportunities swiftly. The credit agreement involves collaboration with BMO Capital Markets and National Bank Capital Markets.
CEO Kyle Floyd emphasized that the expanded facility strengthens the company's position and reflects the robust cash flow of its portfolio. Vox also welcomes Chris Selby as General Counsel and Cameron Quinn as Vice President of Geology. Their expertise in legal and geological matters aims to drive Vox's business development initiatives.
The credit facility's key terms include a Secured Overnight Financing Rate with interest rates contingent on the company's leverage ratio. It remains available for various corporate purposes and matures in 2029.
