Vox Royalty Corp. Announces Annual General Meeting Results

Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE / May 30, 2024 – Vox Royalty Corp. (TSX:VOXR)(NASDAQ:VOXR) has announced the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders. All five nominated directors have been elected.

The detailed voting results are as follows:

Kyle Floyd received 23,474,503 votes (89.866%) in favor and 2,647,040 votes (10.134%) withheld.

Rob Sckalor received 25,979,416 votes (99.456%) in favor and 142,127 votes (0.544%) withheld.

Alastair McIntyre received 25,975,266 votes (99.440%) in favor and 146,277 votes (0.560%) withheld.

Donovan Pollitt received 25,979,026 votes (99.454%) in favor and 142,517 votes (0.546%) withheld.

Shannon McCrae received 25,980,016 votes (99.458%) in favor and 141,527 votes (0.542%) withheld.

Shareholders also approved the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditor for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
