Voting rights and shares of HOPSCOTCH GROUPE in August 2024

HOPSCOTCH GROUPE has published its monthly data concerning the voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of August 30, 2024, the total number of shares stands at 3,003,722. The total number of theoretical or gross voting rights is 4,588,961. In terms of actual voting rights, the total stands at 4,489,934. The calculation of actual voting rights excludes shares without voting rights such as those held in treasury.

As a reminder, HOPSCOTCH GROUPE is a public limited company with capital of 2,252,791.50 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 602 063 323.
