Volta Finance Achieves Strong Performance in FY'24

Volta Finance Limited (VTAS) has reported another year of impressive performance for FY'24. The company posted a Net Asset Value (NAV) total return of 19.7% by the end of July, supported by annualized cash receipts that equate to 22% of the July NAV. These levels have been consistent since mid-2022. Remarkably, Volta Finance has achieved positive NAV returns for 16 consecutive months.

The report from Hardman & Co Research highlights the various factors driving this success, noting both favorable market conditions and the added value from management. To illustrate, the year-to-date total NAV return till the end of July stands at 10.8%, significantly outperforming high-yield debt markets in the US and Europe, which returned approximately 4.5%. This strong performance makes the current discount on Volta Finance appear anomalous.
