VM MATERIAUX: Information on voting rights as of June 30, 2025

VM MATERIAUX has published its monthly voting rights statement as of June 30, 2025. The document states that the capital consists of 2,993,643 shares, resulting in a total of 5,041,744 theoretical voting rights. Of these, 4,896,912 are actually exercisable.

The total number of theoretical voting rights includes treasury shares. Shares held in registered form for more than two years benefit from double voting rights, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
