VM Materials: Voting rights information as of November 30, 2025
VM Matériaux has released information regarding voting rights as of November 30, 2025. The number of shares comprising the share capital is 2,993,643. Of the voting rights, 5,043,048 theoretical rights have been registered, while 4,896,722 are exercisable. This difference is due to the presence of treasury shares and registered shares with double voting rights.
