VM Materials: Voting Rights as of March 31, 2025

VM Matériaux has published its monthly voting rights data as of March 31, 2025, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The number of shares constituting the capital stands at 2,993,643.
