Update of VM MATERIAUX voting rights as of January 31, 2025

VM MATERIAUX announces its monthly data relating to voting rights, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of January 31, 2025, the company has 2,993,643 shares making up its capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 5,030,947. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 4,854,576.

Theoretical voting rights include in particular treasury shares as well as those held in registered form for more than two years, which benefit from double voting rights. This monthly update is part of the legal obligations aimed at maintaining the financial and shareholder transparency of the company.
