HERIGE Industries Reports 3% Increase in Q1 2026 Turnover
HERIGE Industries, a key player in the building industry, reported a 3.0% rise in turnover for the first quarter of 2026, reaching €100.5 million despite challenging weather conditions. The growth was bolstered by the group's two main divisions: Industrial Joinery and Concrete Industry.
The Industrial Joinery division saw a modest growth of 1.0%. Weather conditions hampered early quarter production, though a favorable calendar day helped offset this impact. Meanwhile, the Concrete Industry experienced an increase of 7.6%, attributed to strong performance in Ready-Mix Concrete and price adjustments to counter rising raw material costs. Low-carbon concrete products, notably Vitaliss® ABA+, accounted for over 25% of total volumes.
Looking ahead, HERIGE Industries remains focused on enhancing operational efficiency amid ongoing geopolitical risks affecting energy and raw material costs, as well as limited short-term market visibility.
