Evolution of governance at HERIGE
The HERIGE Group announced significant changes to its governance following the Supervisory Board and General Meeting of May 23, 2025. Jérôme Caillaud has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board, succeeding Daniel Robin, who became Vice Chairman. Longtime member Caroline Weber has decided not to renew her term, receiving thanks for her ten years of service.
Within the Executive Board, Hélène Delaunay takes the position of Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Stéphane Jan. Aged 46 and a graduate of Audencia, she brings valuable experience from stints at Thermo Fisher Scientific and PwC Consulting. The Executive Board, now composed of Benoît Hennaut and Hélène Delaunay, intends to pursue the company's development and transformation with dynamism and consistency.
