Vivendi: Information on the number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2024

Vivendi, listed on the Paris Stock Exchange (NYSE Euronext-Paris, Eurolist A compartment), has communicated the figures relating to its share capital as of July 31, 2024. According to the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, the company informs that it has a total of 1,029,918,125 shares making up its share capital.

Furthermore, the total number of gross voting rights amounts to 1,060,857,065, while the net figure of voting rights reaches 1,035,797,814, after taking into account the shares benefiting from double voting rights and the shares self-owned companies deprived of voting rights.

Vivendi also recalls the presence in its statutes of a clause imposing an obligation to declare the crossing of a threshold, complementary to the legal thresholds in force.
