Vivendi Announces Full Redemption of EUR 700 Million Notes

Vivendi SE has announced its intention to redeem its EUR 700 million 1.125% notes due in December 2028. This decision hinges on the resolutions that will be discussed during the Combined General Shareholders’ Meeting on December 9, 2024. The redemption is conditional upon the approval of the proposed spin-off of Vivendi's group, as detailed in the notice published in October 2024.

The make-whole redemption is scheduled for December 13, 2024. If the shareholders' meeting is canceled or not held, the redemption will not proceed. The redemption amount, calculated by the Calculation Agent, will be paid in euros and the redeemed notes will subsequently be canceled and delisted from Euronext.

The outcomes of the meeting will be published on Vivendi's website and through the paying agent, Société Générale Securities Services.
