VISIOMED GROUP: Information on voting rights and shares as of June 3, 2024
On June 3, 2024, VISIOMED GROUP (FR0013481835 – ALVMG) communicated on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This publication falls within the framework of article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
On that date, the number of shares stood at 307,514,314, with 307,651,058 theoretical voting rights and 307,146,342 exercisable voting rights. This calculation takes into account the exclusion of shares without voting rights.
During the month of May 2024, 13,157,895 shares were issued following the exercise of BSA Tranche 5 by Perpetua Capital. Of the total, 136,744 shares benefit from double voting rights and 504,716 shares are self-held.
