Viromed Medical AG has finalized the acquisition of pharmedix GmbH. This was achieved through the signing of a notarized purchase agreement on December 20, 2024. The acquisition will take effect from January 1, 2025. With this strategic move, Viromed Medical forecasts a substantial increase in its consolidated revenues. The company expects these to reach a low double-digit million euro amount in 2025, marking a significant growth compared to the previous fiscal year.
