Viridien Completes Issuance of Senior Secured Notes

Viridien, a technology and Earth data company, has announced the successful issuance of $450 million and €475 million in Senior Secured Notes, both due in 2030. The issuance, finalized on March 25, 2025, was critical in enabling the redemption of all existing notes scheduled to mature in 2027. The newly issued notes will be backed by certain Viridien subsidiaries.

The company also entered a $125 million super senior Revolving Credit Facility Agreement, although no funds have been drawn apart from an ancillary facility. The proceeds from the new notes, alongside cash reserves, will fund the redemption of existing notes in early April, covering associated fees and expenses.
