VIEL & CIE: Threshold Crossing by Amiral Gestion

On September 3, 2024, Amiral Gestion declared that it had crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of VIEL & CIE. This declaration was made in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.

Amiral Gestion, acting on behalf of funds it manages, stated that it held, as of September 2, 2024, 3,333,008 VIEL & CIE shares, representing 4.95% of the capital and 3.02% of the voting rights. This threshold crossing is the result of a sale of shares on the market.

The company, controlled by Mr. Julien Lepage, also indicated that it held 721,132 additional shares on behalf of clients without exercising the corresponding voting rights. VIEL & CIE is listed on Euronext Paris with a capital of 67,392,691 shares representing 110,513,960 voting rights.
