Victoria Digital acquires Quadriga Systems and IT Hospitality

Victoria Digital, a subsidiary of the French group humelab, has just finalized the acquisition of Quadriga Systems Limited and IT Hospitality. These companies specialize in cloud computing solutions and infrastructures, active in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Founded in 2013, humelab has grown through several key acquisitions, including Victoria Digital in 2017. The creation of "humelab hospitality" marks a new era, unifying these entities under one banner to offer integrated digital solutions to its clients in the hotel world.
