VIC Properties Launches €1.7bn Pinheirinho Project in Comporta

VIC Properties has unveiled its ambitious Pinheirinho project in Comporta, Portugal. This high-end estate will feature two luxury hotels, branded residences, and an 18-hole golf course, set against a backdrop of pine forest and the Atlantic Ocean. The development spans 400 hectares, offering direct beach access and extensive amenities.

The project, initially acquired in 2020, includes sustainable and responsible development initiatives in tune with local regulations. This marks Comporta's last large-scale coastal development due to tightening regulations. The estate is projected to create significant employment opportunities, with over 2,000 jobs during construction and 1,000 permanent positions.
