VIB Vermögen AG Secures New Tenancy Agreements at HCC Dortmund

VIB Vermögen AG has finalized two additional tenancy agreements for 3,300 m² at the HCC Dortmund. A nationwide public sector tenant signed a 10-year lease for a 2,400 m² service centre. Meanwhile, an international HR company renewed its lease for 910 m² for another five years.

Located at Königswall 21 in Dortmund’s City Centre West, the BREEAM-certified HCC boasts a ‘very good’ rating and spans 21,600 m² across two 21-storey buildings. Its strategic location near Dortmund Central Station and the German Football Museum ensures excellent transport connectivity. The site also offers 190 parking spaces.
