Verso Capital strengthens its presence in DMS Group

Diagnostic Medical Systems announces that Verso Capital has increased its stake in DMS Group through the exercise of the Share Warrants. Verso Capital now holds 26.40% of the capital, thus affirming its role as a major shareholder and supporting the group's strategy.

The acquisition of Solutions For Tomorrow by DMS Group is part of the strategic plan "Imaging 2027". This plan aims to establish the group as a leading independent player in the European medical imaging sector.

DMS Group expands its offering with the integration of Onyx and !M1 solutions. The commercial agreement with American and Danish partners marks notable progress, with a strategic contract under discussion for 2025.
