Cologne, July 25, 2024 – The Board of Directors of VERIANOS SE (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48) has announced its decision to file for insolvency with the District Court of Cologne. This decision follows the devaluation of specific projects and investments in group companies, alongside delays in expected project revenues, which led to a deterioration in financial and liquidity planning.
