Vergnet announces a consolidation of its shares
On November 3, 2025, Vergnet SA officially announced a share consolidation. This initiative aims to reduce the number of outstanding shares to minimize volatility and simplify management. It will take effect from November 18 to December 17, 2025.
Shareholders will see their old shares converted at a ratio of 7,600 old shares for one new share. As a result, the total number of shares will decrease from over 9 billion to approximately 1.2 million. This consolidation will not change the overall value of the shares held.
Trading of the new shares will begin on December 18, 2025 on Euronext Growth. The consolidation operations will be managed by Société Générale Securities Services.
