Verallia's liquidity contract performance for the second half of 2025
Verallia, listed on Euronext Paris under the code VRLA, has published the results of its liquidity contract for the second half of 2025. Managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, this contract saw available resources, as of December 31, 2025, amount to 7,240 shares and 4,483,457 euros.
Between August 18 and December 31, 2025, 3,166 buy transactions and 2,933 sell transactions were executed. The trading volumes were 321,799 shares bought for €7,601,168.10 and 314,559 shares sold for €7,399,369.18. Initially, the liquidity account, upon its implementation, held 0 shares and €2,500,000, which was increased to €5,000,000 in March 2024.
The contract was temporarily suspended during BWGI's takeover bid, in accordance with AMF rules.
