JP Morgan crosses threshold at Verallia
On June 23, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the 5% stake in Verallia. As of June 17, it held 6,086,656 shares. This represents 5.04% of the capital and 4.24% of the voting rights. JP Morgan Securities plc holds the majority of these shares, with 6,075,157 shares or 5.03% of the capital.
This milestone was achieved through acquisitions in the market. JP Morgan Securities plc also individually crossed this threshold. In addition, the company holds an additional 5,824,999 shares through equity swap contracts. These contracts are exercisable until May 2030.
