Vega Investment Solutions exceeds 5% of VEOLIA's capital
On September 15, 2025, Vega Investment Solutions announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT's share capital and voting rights. This announcement follows a capital increase by VEOLIA, carried out on September 12, 2025. Vega Investment Solutions, acting for the FCPE Sequoia Plus, now holds 41,923,250 shares, representing 5.65% of the company's share capital and voting rights.
Vega Investment Solutions operates independently despite being controlled by Groupe BPCE. This acquisition marks an important milestone for the company, strengthening its stake in VEOLIA.
