Vectron Systems AG Revises Forecasts for 2024 and 2025
Vectron Systems AG has announced a revision of its financial forecasts for 2024 and 2025. This follows an agreement on a Business Combination with Shift4 Group. The cooperation aims to convert Vectron customers to Shift4 payment services and expand Vectron's market share.
Both companies are in close discussions. Initial talks indicate fundamental changes in Vectron's pricing and offer models. As a result, the previous forecasts for 2024 and 2025 are no longer accurate and are under revision.
Vectron will release a new forecast once the new pricing models are finalized and new plans are established. The company aims to provide transparent and accurate projections moving forward.
