Vaudoise Assurances: Appointments to the Management Committee

Lausanne, June 26, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Vaudoise Assurances has appointed Kristel Rouiller to the position of Director of the Human Resources department, effective November 1, 2024. Bruno Férolles will head the Personal Insurance department from October 1, 2024 , succeeding Jacques Marmier on January 1, 2025.

Kristel Rouiller, 47, has more than twenty years of experience in human resources. She holds an EMBA from IMD Business School and a Master's degree in occupational psychology. She currently holds a human resources management position in a large insurance company.

Bruno Férolles, 48 years old, has more than twenty years of experience in asset management and insurance. A graduate in Economic Sciences from HEC Lausanne, he already worked for Vaudoise from 2013 to 2022.
