Valsoft Enters Telecommunications Sector with Acquisition of Equinox Information Systems

Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian company specializing in the acquisition and development of software firms, announced the acquisition of Equinox Information Systems Inc. Equinox, founded in 1986, is recognized for its fraud management, certification and network monitoring solutions in the telecommunications industry.

Equinox serves more than 380 telecommunications companies with innovative tools that increase operational efficiency. The acquisition will allow Valsoft to enter the telecommunications sector and support Equinox’s long-term growth under the leadership of David West.

Equinox’s current management will remain in place, ensuring continued excellence in customer service and support. This acquisition will also allow Equinox to strengthen its presence in the U.S. market and expand internationally.
