Valora Holding AG Announces Leadership Changes in Food Service Division

Valora Holding AG has revealed upcoming changes to its Food Service division's management, effective from July 2024. Thomas Eisele, the present CEO of Food Service, is set to leave Valora by the end of June 2024 to pursue new career opportunities. In his 16 years with the company, Eisele significantly shaped Valora's food service sector, especially following its integration into the FEMSA Group. Michael Mueller, CEO of the Valora Group, expressed regret over Eisele's departure and gratitude for his longstanding service.

With Eisele's departure, the company will introduce a new leadership structure aimed at fostering sustainable growth. Sebastian Kayser and Sebastian Gooding, both experienced internal managers, will spearhead the newly segmented direct sales (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) divisions respectively. Kayser, previously managing director of Valora Food Service Germany, will take over as CEO of Food Service B2C. Gooding, formerly managing director for Ditsch Production/B2B, will assume the role of CEO of Food Service B2B.
