Vallourec: FMR LLC Crosses Thresholds
On August 8, 2024, FMR LLC declared that it had crossed upwards the thresholds of 5% of Vallourec's capital and voting rights. This declaration stipulates that FMR LLC now holds 12,124,374 Vallourec shares, or 5.10% of the capital and 5.27% of the voting rights.
This acquisition was made indirectly by FMR LLC through controlled companies, namely FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, Fidelity Management Trust Company and FMR Investment Management (UK) Limited.
This crossing of thresholds results from acquisitions of shares made on the market. All of these operations place FMR LLC as a significant player within Vallourec's capital.
