Valeo Exercises an Early Repayment Option
On November 18, 2025, Valeo announced the exercise of its option to redeem its bonds issued on March 18, 2016. The total principal amount is €600 million with a coupon of 1.625% and was originally due to mature on March 18, 2026.
The bonds will be repaid on December 18, 2025. In addition to the principal, the interest accrued up to that date, amounting to €7,345,920, will also be paid to the bondholders.
BNP Paribas Securities Services has been appointed tax agent and primary paying agent for this transaction. The payment made will release the issuer from its liability to the bondholders.
