This transaction was carried out indirectly through its subsidiaries, resulting in the acquisition of 12,233,321 shares, representing 5.00% of the share capital and 4.45% of the voting rights. The share acquisition took place off-market.

Details of holdings: 1,069,015 shares resulted from various transactions, including a securities lending agreement with a recall option on 719,015 shares.
