VALBIOTIS SA: Monthly update on the capital structure

On November 20, 2024, VALBIOTIS SA, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, communicated the latest data concerning its share capital. As of October 31, 2024, the company held a total of 15,794,596 shares, corresponding to 16,463,737 theoretical voting rights and 16,433,436 exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares.

In accordance with Article 10.5 of the Valbiotis Articles of Association, any significant acquisition of shares, crossing certain thresholds (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%), must be notified to the company within four trading days following the transaction. Failure to comply with this obligation results in the suspension of voting rights for the shares concerned, upon request at the General Meeting of a shareholder respecting the aforementioned thresholds.
