Valbiotis: Number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2024
The company Valbiotis has published its monthly information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital for the month of June 2024. This requirement is in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers. Financial markets.
As of June 30, 2024, the share capital of Valbiotis is made up of 15,794,596 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 16,463,017, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 16,431,721, after taking into account treasury shares.
The company also recalls the information obligations concerning crossing of holding thresholds, stipulated in article 10.5 of its statutes. Any acquisition crossing certain thresholds must be declared under penalty of sanctions affecting the voting rights of the shares concerned.
