Valbiotis: Information on voting rights and shares, September 2024

Valbiotis, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has published its monthly report on the number of shares and voting rights. As of September 30, 2024, the share capital consisted of 15,794,596 shares, representing 16,463,737 theoretical voting rights. Exercisable voting rights amount to 16,435,425, after taking into account treasury shares.

In accordance with Article 10.5 of the Valbiotis statutes, any acquisition exceeding certain capital thresholds entails an obligation to declare to the company. In the absence of notification, the shares concerned may be deprived of voting rights.
