VALBIOTIS SA: Counting of voting rights and shares

On May 7, 2026, VALBIOTIS SA, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, published its figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of April 30, 2026, the company reported 23,698,234 shares, with 24,410,640 theoretical voting rights, of which 24,367,785 are exercisable after taking into account treasury shares.

Pursuant to Article 10.5 of its bylaws, VALBIOTIS requires a declaration for any crossing of a significant threshold (5%, 10%, 15%, etc.). Failure to do so could result in the loss of voting rights for the shares in question. These precautions are in accordance with Articles L.233-7 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.
