UV GERMI: Sale of 24.38% of the Capital to ORIGINE

UV GERMI, a company specializing in UV decontamination, announces the sale by the Bordas family of 24.38% of its shares to ORIGINE, a company headed by Willy Fortunato. This transaction involves 786,608 shares, valued at €2.48 each. With this transaction, ORIGINE now holds 26.64% of UV GERMI's capital.

Following this sale, changes in governance have been made. André Bordas is resigning from his roles as Chairman of the Board and Director. Bernadette Bordas is also leaving her position as Director. Willy Fortunato becomes Chairman and CEO, unifying key management roles. Sandrine Bordas will retain her responsibilities as Deputy CEO and Director until the end of her term.

This acquisition strengthens Willy Fortunato's position as the main shareholder, promoting the stability of the company's strategy.
