UV GERMI launches a share buyback project

UV GERMI has announced a proposed share buyback offer (OPRA) for a total value of €2.64 million, targeting 24.78% of its share capital. The proposed price is €3.30 per share, representing a 57% premium over the closing price on November 3, 2025. This transaction, financed by the company's excess cash, will allow the repurchase of up to 800,000 shares.

The share buyback aims to reduce the company's capital without impacting its operational and financial activities. Mr. Willy Fortunato, CEO of UV GERMI, has expressed his intention not to participate in this offer. The firm Crowe HAF has been appointed as an independent expert to assess the financial terms of the project.
