UV GERMI Launches a Public Share Buyback Offer
On February 5, 2026, UV GERMI published a prospectus announcing a public tender offer for 800,000 of its own shares, with the aim of reducing its share capital. The price per share is set at €3.30. This transaction, presented by Rydge Conseil, is expected to last at least 20 calendar days.
The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) has approved this transaction, declaring it compliant. Documents relating to the offer are available on the websites of the AMF and UV GERMI. Prior to the opening of the offer, Euronext will publish a notice specifying the timetable and terms.
The press release specifies that the offer is not intended for residents of the United States or countries where such transactions are prohibited.
