USU Announces Strong First Quarter 2024 Business Figures

USU Software AG reported a 6.3% increase in sales to EUR 35.4 million for Q1 2024. This rise was driven by significant orders from both public and private sectors. License sales notably increased, tripling to EUR 4.5 million, while SaaS revenue grew by 10.4% to EUR 4.4 million.

EBITDA grew by 20.6% to EUR 4.6 million, resulting in a margin increase to 13.0%. This financial growth led to a record number of orders at EUR 96.9 million. The company also saw a substantial rise in EBIT, up 29.0% to EUR 3.4 million, and consolidated profit increased by 41.9% to EUR 2.5 million.

USU's management confirmed its full-year growth target, projecting sales of EUR 143-146 million and an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 14-16 million. The company also plans to delist its shares and seek strategic partners for its product business to realize future growth.
