Usha Resources Announces Digital Marketing Agreement for Up To US$500,000

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 22, 2024 / Usha Resources Ltd. ("USHA"), a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, has announced a digital marketing agreement with Sidis Holdings Ltd. ("Sidis"). Sidis will provide digital media, marketing strategies, and awareness campaigns for a fee of up to $500,000 (U.S.) over six months.

This agreement follows the engagement of Hillside Consulting and Media Inc. on July 16, 2024, to enhance investor relations. Additionally, Usha has an option agreement with Abitibi Metals Corp. to purchase a 100% interest in the Southern Arm property, situated in a region with significant mineral deposits.

Highlights of the Southern Arm property include a 7.3 km conductive trend and multiple drill targets. Exploration is fully funded and set to commence in Fall 2024.
